Where I Stayed & How Long
Cambodia was a short but intentional stop. I stayed in Siem Reap for a few days focusing on Angkor Wat rather than trying to see everything. It gave me the space to explore at a slower pace and experience more than just the temples.
My Highlights of Cambodia
Angkor was the center of it all. Starting before sunrise, moving from temple to temple, and finishing before the heat took over. Each place felt different, from the iconic Angkor Wat to the quieter, almost hidden corners.
Finding My Footing Again
Cambodia reminded me that feeling comfortable isn’t always immediate. After a shaky start, I had to slow down, adjust, and rebuild that sense of ease. Not every place feels effortless, but that’s what males it feel more real.
Vegan Food in Siem Reap
The vegan scene in Siem Reap was smaller, but still easy to navigate. A few really good spots, simple meals, and food that fit naturally into the flow of the days.
